The garagiste wine maker and one of the leading wine personalities from St. Emilion in Bordeaux became an inspiration and initiator of many other garage wines across the world. Jean Luc for his revolutionary ways and for defying all odds was called the “bad boy” and “black sheep” of Bordeaux from none other than this most influential critic of the wine world “Robert Parker”. The comment was made in one of the reviews of his top bottling Chateau Valandraud which inspired him him to make a wine called “Bad Boy”
