The history of Vietti winery start four generations ago, in the middle of the 19th Century for the vinification, but only at the beginning of the last Century became a winery with its own brand. Today, Vietti has 24 hectares of vineyards and slow expanding to 31 hectares in the next 2 years. Vietti is a family winery and it’s highly specialized to produce different type of DOC and DOCG wines. Few estates in this region limit themselves to Barolo, however, Vietti, now run by Luca Currado, Alfredo’s son, together with son-in-law Mario Cordero, turns out an interesting array of other wines.
