Go try Wine Park & O Pedro’s wine paired Burmese spread!

Wine Park and acclaimed Goan inspired restaurant O Pedro have come together to create a spectacular wine paired menu this July as a part of their special Bomra’s delivery pop!

On account of the Burmese inspired delivery pop up currently running at O Pedro, where the team has brought back favourites from last year’s Bomra’s collaboration, Wine Park and O Pedro have teamed up for a unique fine wine pairing, doubling the festivities. Wine Park has paired 10 of its finest international wines with Bomra’s delicious signatures recreated at the O Pedro kitchen. The wine pairings will be available from O Pedro till July 26.

Sameer Seth, partner at O Pedro said the second innings of Bomra’s is twice as special because of the wine paired menu tastefully curated by Wine Park head Vishal Kadakia himself.

“The idea behind the wine paired menu was to create a wholesome dining experience, where one could enjoy a lavish spread in the company of great wine and their loved ones just like how we would have envisioned it at O Pedro. This collaboration brings together Burmese flavours with wines that compliment them exceptionally well. O Pedro has also paired its cheese and charcuterie platters with some of Wine Park’s ferments for the perfect soiree”.

Some of O Pedro’s Bomra’s pop up highlights include Candolim Beef Stew, Steamed Fish and Prawns served in banana leaf with Asian herbs and Burmese jungle sauce, Nahm Prik Prawns with red chili jam, Soy Garlic Wild Mushrooms, a medley of mushrooms tossed in burnt chili and cilantro; Asian BBQ Pork Chops with a ginger and roasted chili glaze, served with five spice fries, and Chorizo & Prawn Fried Rice with homemade XO sauce. Candolim based Bomra’s serves Burmese cuisine drawing on influences from its founding Chef, Bawra Jap’s heritage, his childhood in Rangoon and inspirations from China, Thailand & Laos

You can order the wine paired menu online on the weekend.
